This luxury home bar is designed around making the most of the view from the window onto the garden and from the full height windows over the swimming pool and spa area.

At the heart of this Italian-inspired space is the gold detailing and mirrored surfaces. We specified custom-made highly polished gold metal doors for the under counter drawers and cabinets, and added panels in the same finish for the window recess.  

The intricate design of the gold lighting fixtures and bar stools echo the highly polished gold metal finish of the cabinets.

The 180mm high Carrara statuario marble worksurfaces with their subtle grey veining create an elegant contrast with the gold detailing and elevate the aesthetics to a high level. 

Storage cabinets in the kitchen island are cleverly disguised as a single fluted gold panel framed by the large shark nose edge on the island worktop and waterfall sides.

Drinks cooling is provided by two Miele under counter wine coolers and a long narrow champagne sink in the top of the island. A Fisher & Paykel pull out drawer fridge is integrated into the island and a gold Quooker tap with filtered and hot water sits beside the Carrara marble sink. 

Counter top and wall cabinets with semi-transparent Stopsol bronze glass and handleless bronze frames provide wine and spririts storage. Not only functional, they are visually stunning and when lit from within, create a capitivating display.
