Designing a space for a young family is an inspiring challenge – particularly the kitchen, the heart of a home and the backdrop of everyday life.
Clarity, sophistication, and control are the principles behind the sharp edge design of this minimalist kitchen featuring soft tones and natural materials. The warmness of solid walnut strip wood, the elegance of marble, the contemporary touch of the soft green matte lacquered finish in the tall units all contribute to the sophisticated ensemble.
In a space designed for a family with young children, safety comes strongly into play: to meet this essential requirement, we hid high technology behind pocket doors. The oven, the steamer, the microwave, and the breakfast area are conveniently hidden away when not in use. The induction hob is built under the ceramic worktop as a further safety measure for a kitchen where children play and grow cooking with the family.
Among the unique features of this family kitchen is the large Artinox multifunctional sink.
Equipped with a vast series of state-of-the-art accessories, it allows two or three people to work at the same time in the same area, making it easier to share the experience of cooking together.
